An accessory to add to your UCF apparel selection, the Zephyr UCF Black and Gold Superstar Snapback hat. This UCF hat is styled after the ever popular snapback hat from the 1980′s. The hat features the old school lettering of “UCF Knights” across the front and a gold flat bill. The current official ”UCF” athletic logo is embroidered on the side of the hat. The back of the hat features a contrasting plastic snap strap. The quality of construction of this snapback hat is fantastic. It is made with six panels that are 35% wool and 65% acrylic.
Why are snapback hats so popular now? There are two reasons. The first is that the latest fashion trends are for retro and vintage clothing. The second is the that these types of hats are easily adjusted to fit most heads, unlike fitted hats. Fitted hats have caused problems with shoppers in that the shoppers usually do not know their own head size. That is why the snapback hat has become so popular over the last year.
